Architectural & Engineering Roster
To be included in the A&E Roster for projects listed below, businesses are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications every two years and a Qualification Form every year. Although the submittals will be accepted throughout the year, Parks Tacoma recommends submitting your information by February 28, 2025, to be included in the 2025 A&E Roster. Per State Law RCW 39.80 Parks Tacoma is required to hire the most qualified firm for A&E Services.

Per Board Resolution R32-20, Parks Tacoma is committed to hiring people throughout our organization who reflect our community. We work closely with local partners who have successful programs: Tacoma Public Schools, Minority Business Development Agency, and the City of Tacoma Office of Economic and Business Development.
