Small Works Roster Bids

You must be a member of the Parks Tacoma’s Small Works Roster to submit a bid.

Parks Tacoma may solicit bids from our small works roster contractors for many of our smaller construction projects with cost estimates of $350,000 or less to reduce the time and process involved in bidding and contracting. You must be a member of the Parks Tacoma’s Small Works Roster to submit a Small Works Roster Bid.  If you complete the application and Small Works Roster Contract prior to the bid open dates below, you are eligible to bid on the Small Works Roster Bids below:
