Deputy Director – Community & Neighborhood Parks

Hollie Rogge joined Parks Tacoma as Deputy Director of Community & Neighborhood Parks and Facilities in 2020. She oversees the operation of community & neighborhood parks, community centers, and districtwide programming.

Prior to joining Parks Tacoma, Hollie served in government for 18 years, managing county and statewide programs. Over her career, Hollie’s duties included managing the acquisition and relocation programs for Washington State Department of Transportation and multiple real estate programs for Pierce County, including small works projects, conservation futures, sustainable forestry, tax title, parking, right-of-way, and asset management for parks and facilities.

Hollie has backpacked approximately 150+ miles of the Pacific Crest Trail and is working toward a goal of completing the entire 500+ miles in Washington.

Hollie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational management from Ashford University.
