Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Tania Wink joined Parks Tacoma in July 2022 as the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer. Tania provides strategic leadership and oversees execution of the organization’s business and finance functions. As the CFAO, she also provides oversight for administrative districtwide purchasing, contract compliance, human resources, and information technology.

Tania has nearly two decades of experience in public service finance and administration. She began her career in government with the State of Alaska, working her way up from Staff Auditor in the State Legislature to a budget manager with the Governor’s Office. In her previous role, she served as the Director of Finance with a public transit agency in Minnesota. She is a dedicated public finance leader who strives to foster talent, awareness, and inspiration amongst emerging public servants.

Tania graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Viterbo University. She furthered her education at Villanova University, earning a master’s degree in public administration along with a graduate certificate in city management. She is a member of the International City Managers Association, Government Finance Officers Association, and Washington Finance Officers Association.
