Neighbors, friends, and community members are invited to meet for a park clean up at the Triangle between Ruston and the Point Defiance Park entrance on Saturday, March 29.

In coordination with Parks Tacoma, Ginger Kryger and Jenn Jensen will lead an effort to clean out weeds and tidy grasses along the sidewalk. While this small area is part of Point Defiance Park, it serves as a transition area between cities. With volunteer effort, this area has become a beautiful rock garden, and we need your help to keep it weed-free! Bring a pair of gloves and a favorite weeding tool and hope to see you there!
