The race starts at 10:00am on Saturday, May 17 at Swan Creek Park.

The course map is visible online and will be sent out in reminder emails to registered participants. Please note there are some hills and stairs, and the course elevation has a steep incline and decline. The path goes on pavement as well as unpaved trail. The pathway is narrow in the trail section so racers will need to keep that in mind when/if passing other racers on the course. When starting the race, we will want runners near the front and the walkers near the back to avoid some of that congestion.

The race price will increase per the dates below

• May 5 – May 15 – $25
• May 16 & 17 – $30

There will be parking available at Swan Creek Park on race day (find the dog park and you’re on the right way). Lister Elementary School is also close to the start/finish line of the course so that is good overflow parking. Please make sure you get there with ample time to find parking. Clearer directions are attached in a photo to the email thread as well.

Packet pickup will be at Eastside Community Center on May 16 from 12-5 pm. You can also pick up your packet on race day starting at 9:00 am.

You are able to pick up your friends or family’s packets for them! Please communicate with them prior and we are able to accommodate that.

The race is capped at 150 participants to safely provide this running experience. If we fill up registration before there will not be day of registration. If we still have spots you can sign up on race day anytime between 9:00-9:45am.

Each participant will receive a race sticker and a newly designed commemorative race bib as part of their registration fee.

We will not be offering bag checks at the race this year. Please plan accordingly and we recommend not leaving valuables in vehicles.

Yes, the race will be chip timed. Race times will be posted online within 48 hours after the event.

The top male, top female, and top non-binary participant will be recognized. Winners will need to stick around to receive this and if possible, capture a photo.

Of course!  All dogs must be accompanied by their human friend and must stay on leash for the entirety of the event. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior If they are displaying aggressive or overly disruptive behavior, you will be asked to leave.

NO. This course is not stroller friendly and will move from paved pathways to a steep incline and decline on dirt trails.

If you decide to withdraw from the race on or after May 1 you will only be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for withdrawals on or after May 14.
