Portland Avenue Park Improvement Project
This project is currently in the planning phase. Parks Tacoma worked collaboratively with the community to develop a master plan for this 13.4 acre community park on Tacoma’s Eastside. We initiated a park master planning and community outreach process to reimagine opportunities for future investment to further diversify and enhance the park’s recreational, open space, public health, and cultural value to the community.
