Afterhours events will have a dedicated rental monitor on site.
To reserve a date, the minimum hour rental and cleaning fees are required with balance due no later than 90 days in advance of the contracted event date.
Decorating/set-up and clean-up must be completed within the contracted rental time.
Cancellation:
- 90 days or more before reservation date – 100% refund
- 89-60 days before reservation date – 50% refund
- Less than 60 days before reservation date – no refund
