- Bartender(s) with Class 12 mixologist permit(s) and photo ID(s) must be in room during rental.
- Banquet Permit (or Special Occasion License for Non-Profits)
- Security required from beginning of alcohol service to end of rental($50/hr, per guard; 4-hour minimum)
