$325/hour Monday – Thursday

$425/hour Friday – Sunday

Additional required fees

  • Cleaning Fee: $185
  • Alcohol Service Fee: $100
  • Damage Deposit: $500
  • Alcohol Deposit: $250
  • Security Fee: $50/hour (required from beginning of alcohol service to end of rental, 4 hour minimum)

Damage deposits refundable after the event if there is no damage to the facility, time overage or excessive cleaning needed

Add-ons

  • A/V: $95 flat fee
  • Kitchen $65/hour
  • South Lobby $60/hour (required if kitchen added)

We do not hold rooms without payment. Dates are officially reserved once both signed paperwork and payments are submitted.

Requirements for Alcohol

  1. Bartender(s) with Class 12 mixologist permit(s) and photo ID(s) must be in room during rental.
  2. Banquet Permit (or Special Occasion License for Non-Profits)
  3. Security required from beginning of alcohol service to end of rental($50/hr, per guard; 4-hour minimum)
