- Cleaning Fee: $185
- Alcohol Service Fee: $100
- Damage Deposit: $500

- Security Fee: $50/hour (required from beginning of alcohol service to end of rental, 4 hour minimum)
Damage deposits refundable after the event if there is no damage to the facility, time overage or excessive cleaning needed
Add-ons
- A/V: $95 flat fee
- Kitchen $65/hour
- South Lobby $60/hour (required if kitchen added)

Requirements for Alcohol

- Bartender(s) with Class 12 mixologist permit(s) and photo ID(s) must be in room during rental.
- Banquet Permit (or Special Occasion License for Non-Profits)
- Security required from beginning of alcohol service to end of rental($50/hr, per guard; 4-hour minimum)
