Step 2: See if you qualify for Childcare Subsidy

Step 3: Submit a Payment

  • A $50 deposit/per child is required to hold your spot for childcare.
  • Monthly payment plan is available.  Payments are due the Friday before each month of childcare.
  • Subsidy Approval is Required BEFORE registration.
    • Monthly co-pays are due the Friday before each month of childcare.

Step 4: Submit All Childcare Paperwork

  1. Emergency/Medical Information via ePACT
    • You will receive an email from Parks Tacoma via ePACT Network. Click on the button in the email to create an account or log in to your existing account to securely share your child’s emergency information with Parks Tacoma. The email may go into your junk folder.

  2. Certificate of Immunization (CIS) Form
    • Sign up for MyIR Mobile.com to view and print your family’s immunization information, including COVID vaccination.
    • CIS Form must be signed and dated to be valid.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation regarding start date

  1. Receive confirmation email regarding start date
  2. Contact your Site Director to set up a tour of the childcare space before first day of childcare
