How do I pay for my Center Pass?
We set up your account for auto renewal with a credit card that is secure in your online account. On the 1st of each month, your credit card gets charged for the upcoming month. If your credit card on file expires, or gets lost or stolen, please notify one of our Community Centers.
Can I suspend my Center Pass if I get sick or leave for an extended period of time?
Yes! You can suspend your pass without making payments for up to 6 months. You must make the request at least seven days prior to the end of the month. Account suspension requests can be made in person at your Center, or via email at [email protected].
How do I cancel my pass?
If you wish to cancel, you must do so seven days before the end of the month to allow time for processing. Cancellation requests can be made in person at your center or via email at [email protected].
What determines if a person is “in-district” or “out-of-district”?
In-district is defined as living within Park District boundaries. If you’re uncertain, do a parcel search for your property on the Assessor-Treasurer website. Properties that are in-district will list the Metro Parks tax as part of your property taxes. Park district boundaries are not the same as the City of Tacoma boundaries.
