See Point Defiance from a kids’ point of view. Early walkers and confident toddlers are invited to join Park Guide Jenn on a child-led hike through Point Defiance Park. Connect with nature and enjoy and a quick lesson on plant safety and taking care of the environment.
- Please meet at the Fort Nisqually Picnic Shelter.
- Hikes will take place rain or shine and last about an hour, moving at a slow pace over uneven terrain.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult. Older siblings welcome.
- The closest restrooms are located at the Fort Nisqually picnic shelter.
- Service animal permitted, no pets allowed.
