There are several parking lots within the Marina complex. Day-use trailer/vehicle parking is located near the boat launch, underneath the new Wilson Way multi-use walkway.

Parking Fees

• Day use fee
  Parking is FREE for those using the facility
• Overnight parking
  $10 per night
  Payment for overnight parking can be made at the launch pay station or at the Marina Store.
• Annual Overnight Parking
  $300 per year
  Fees must be paid at the Marina Store.

Point Defiance Marina is a site located within Point Defiance Park along Commencement Bay in Tacoma, WA, in the southern portion of the greater Seattle-Tacoma metro area.

Access by Land

Point Defiance Marina can be accessed by land through Point Defiance Park. From I-5 take Exit 132 (SR 16) to 6th Avenue. Turn left on 6th Avenue and Right on Pearl Street (SR 163) to Point Defiance Park.

From the Olympic Peninsula, take State Route 16 to Tacoma’s Pearl Street exit (SR 163). Turn right and follow Pearl Street to the park.
