Boat and personal watercraft dry storage
Keep your boat safe, dry, and ready for the water at the Point Defiance Marina. No membership fees. Just launch when you’re ready. Our handy boat elevators lower you and your boat to the water! We accept vessels up to 19 feet overall length (including motor).

Tenant Contracts and Renewals
Current monthly and annual contracts expire March 31, 2026. To renew please ensure the following items have been provided to the Marina:
- Current boat registration
- Current vessel insurance
- Signed rental agreement

Boathouse storage rental rates are reviewed and may be adjusted annually on April 1.
Tenants who opt into an annual contract receive a discount equal to one month’s rent. Tenants have the opportunity to enter into an annual agreement by April 1 each year. This is a discount off the regular monthly rate and tenant must pay 12 months in advance upon signing up. Terminating the annual contract prior to end of the 12 month period forfeits offer, and will be prorated back to the monthly rate.
