Project Overview
This project will demolish the residential structure located at 4015 Norpoint Way NE, Tacoma, WA 98422, adjacent to Norpoint Park. In addition, the project will explore future uses of the site, which are likely to include a temporary regional maintenance facility, a 0.75-acre dog park serving Northeast Tacoma, a secondary park entrance, and trail connections to Norpoint Park.
Project Timeline
Removing this unused residential structure will open up the space for new recreation opportunities, including a potential off-leash dog park.
