How long is a whole facility rental?

Whole facility rentals require a minimum of 2 hours.

How many guests can attend?

The facility can accommodate up to 500 guests. Rental package pricing is based on the number of guests attending:

• Package 1: Up to 150 guests
• Package 2: 151–300 guests
• Package 3: 301–450 guests

If your event will have more than 450 guests, please contact us to discuss staffing and availability.

What is included with the rental?

Whole facility rentals include private use of:

• Recreational pool
• Water slide
• Splash and play features

Lifeguard staffing is also included in the rental fee.

Is the water slide included?

The water slide is available as an optional add-on for +$75 per hour.

How many lifeguards are included?

Most rentals include 12 lifeguards and 1 Head Guard. Larger groups may require additional staff.

• Package 1: 13 lifeguards
• Package 2: 13 lifeguards
• Package 3: 15 lifeguards

Additional lifeguards may be added for $40 per hour, per lifeguard.

Why does the number of lifeguards increase for larger groups?

Additional lifeguards are required to safely supervise larger groups and maintain visibility throughout the facility.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages may be allowed in designated areas. Alcohol is not permitted. Please contact staff for current food policies and approved areas.

Can I decorate for my event?

Yes, simple decorations are welcome. Decorations must not damage facility surfaces or interfere with pool operations.

The following are not permitted:

• Glitter or confetti
• Balloons
• Open flames or candles
• Tape, nails, or staples on walls or windows

Can I arrive early to set up?

Set-up will begin at the start of your rental.

What happens if more guests attend than I reserved for?

Please provide your best estimated attendance when booking. If attendance exceeds your selected package, additional fees and staffing charges may apply.

Are there changing rooms and lockers available?

Yes. Guests will have access to locker rooms and changing areas during the rental.

Are flotation devices provided?

Life jackets may be available on-site in limited quantities. Guests are welcome to bring U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets. Inflatable toys and non-approved flotation devices may not be permitted.

Is the slide available for all ages?

The slide is subject to height and safety requirements. Pool staff will review slide rules with guests during the rental.

What if I need to cancel my rental?

Cancellation and refund policies vary based on how far in advance the rental is canceled. Please review the rental agreement or contact staff for details.

How far in advance should I reserve?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for summer dates, weekends, and evenings.
