Thank you for your interest in tabling at our 2026 Disability Recreation & Resource Fair! Last year we saw over 400 visitors to the fair and expect to grow each year.
- To offset costs, this year we will be asking for a $75 vendor fee, with a $50 vendor fee to non-profits with proof of non-profit status.
- Applications close on December 1.
- Vendors will be contacted of their status and receive payment/registration information no later than December 5.
- Accepted vendors must register and pay fees no later than January 9, 2026 to confirm their spots.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the fair.
