Park Improvements
Parks Tacoma worked collaboratively with the community to develop a master plan for this 13.4 acre community park on Tacoma’s Eastside. We initiated a park master planning and community outreach process to
reimagine opportunities for future investment to further diversify and enhance the park’s recreational, open space, public health, and cultural value to the community.
We are reimagining a park that:
- Is welcoming to all
- Accommodates multiple users and activities
- Is safe and full of people
- Provides high-quality features
- Connects the park to the community
- Considers current and future users

Restrooms:
Please note that the restrooms at this park are closed due to continuous vandalism. They are open when the field or shelter is rented. They are also open when the adjacent community center has large events.
