Built originally as a hotel in 1911, Titlow Lodge is a recently refurbished craftsman style building located in a 75-acre beachfront park on Puget Sound near the Tacoma Narrows.
Overview
Titlow Lodge has ample space for gatherings (up to 220 people), or banquet seating (for 140 people), and features a dance floor and kitchen facilities.

Decorations
No tape, staples, or pushpins on walls and floors please. Any damage done to the building is the renter’s responsibility. Candles in enclosed containers only.

Rental Terms & Cancelations

Terms
Reservations are taken up to 12 months in advance. The minimum 4 hour rental fee is required at the time of reservation if made more than 90 days in advance of event date. If rental is booked within 90 days of event, all fees are due at time of booking. Decorating/set-up and clean-up must be completed within the contracted rental time. All events are required to dismiss by midnight.
Any additional event related fees must be paid, along with banquet permit (if serving alcohol), is required at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event.
Signed rental paperwork is due within 2 weeks of booking.
Cancelations
Cancelation requests received 90 days, or more, prior to the contracted facility rental date will receive a 100% refund of fees paid, less a cancelation fee. For cancelation requests received 60-89 days prior to the contracted facility rental date, minimum facility rental fees will be retained. All fees paid above that amount will be refunded. No refunds are given for cancelations within 60 days of the rental date or due to inclement weather conditions.
Date Change
Changes to contracted event date will be accommodated up to 90 days before your contracted event date, when possible, based on facility/staff availability and will be subject to a change fee. Date changes requested less than 90 days prior to your event will be considered on a case-by-case basis and additional fees may apply. Time changes will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to change fee.
All changes and cancelations must be made in writing.

Please remember that your facility rental is for the building only. The rental client and Parks Tacoma cannot reserve parking spaces or restrict other people’s activities in the park nearby unless the activities are illegal.
Our parks are open for public use and your experience may include:
- Various forms of wildlife
- Loud music or park patrons
- Dogs running off-leash and/or dogs excessively barking
- People enjoying the park in close proximity to your rental space.
